In recent days director Selvaraghavan shown some interest in Twitter.He is active and replying some of his fans questions.Most of the questions are related to Dhanush starer Pudhupettai and Karthi's Ayirathil Oruvan.The questions rises that will there be a second part of those movies?.Though these movies are not a great collection in box office but still it became viral among tamil audience as a late pickup.
Selvaraghavan confirms that he has a plan to make the second part of Pudupettai and Ayirathil Oruvan.He reveals his secret in twitter as "A.O(Aayirathil Oruvan) 2,pudhupettai 2.?yes.Don't worry.In those tow years of gap ,i also wrote sequels.but right now i have commitments".
By this tweet from Selvaraghavan it clearly shows that the second part may happen and it definitely gonna take long time.
Pudhupettai was released in 2006 with Dhanush,Sneha,Sonia Agarwal as lead role and Ayirathil Oruvan released in 2010 with Karthi,Partiban,Andrea,Reema Sen as lead role.
